Office Pursuit is led by Nick, who has spent over a decade in UK commercial property. The business began as an office search service — and still is one, free to use.
Over time it became clear that occupiers need more than a shortlist: leases, costs and workplace decisions carry consequences for years. So Office Pursuit grew into occupier-side advisory — the same person who helps you find the space also helps you understand the lease you're signing and the costs you're taking on.
You'll deal with a named adviser, not a call centre, and the advice is always on the occupier's side of the table.
