About Office Pursuit
We're reimagining occupier advisory.
Brokerage gets commoditised. We've evolved beyond it. Office Pursuit is a workplace strategy and occupier advisory firm—partnering with you across portfolio optimisation, lease lifecycle management, and data-driven space decisions for the long term.
Our story
From brokerage to advisory
Office Pursuit started like most brokerages—matching businesses with office space. But our founder, Nick, quickly saw the ceiling. Pure brokerage is a race to the bottom on fees, and "find me a space" only scratches the surface of what occupiers actually need.
The real problems sit upstream and downstream of the transaction: How much space do we actually need in a hybrid world? When do our leases expire, and what are our break options? What's our true cost per occupier? How do we consolidate a multi-site portfolio? These are strategy questions, not search questions—and brokers aren't built to answer them.
So we evolved. Office Pursuit is now an occupier advisory and workplace strategy firm. We pair a decade of commercial property expertise with AI-driven modelling to help businesses make smarter, long-term workplace decisions. Brokerage remains one workstream—but the relationship is built on strategy, portfolio optimisation, and lease lifecycle management that compounds value over years, not a single deal.
What sets us apart
Not another broker. A long-term advisory partner.
Strategy First
We start with your workplace strategy, not a property list. Every recommendation serves your business goals.
Occupier-Aligned
We represent you, the occupier—not landlords. Our advisory is built on long-term partnership, not transactional commissions.
Full Lifecycle
From portfolio assessment to lease lifecycle management, we're with you at every stage—not just at deal time.
Data-Driven Advisory
10+ years of workplace expertise, supercharged by AI modelling that turns instinct into evidence-based decisions.
